Last year, Team Ryan's Quest consisted of 75 members. This year, we will attempt to have the largest team competing in the NJ State Triathlon. Whether you are a first- timer, just out to support the cause, or a seasoned competitor... this is a fun and easy way to raise money to fight this disease.

The Hamilton World Laughter Association is holding their annual 5K run/walk. This race/walk is a USATF-NJ Grand Prix Event and certified course which includes awards, t-shirts, computerized results and refreshments. Smiles were brought to our faces when Ryan's Quest was chosen to be one of this year's recipients of the proceeds from this event. One is never to old or young to enjoy a good laugh...World Laughter Day welcomes people of all ages to participate.
